Lessons Learned
You drew me near with false pretense,
Believed I was weak, easily convinced.
But respect doesn't equate to being "soft,"
I let you pull closer, doubting myself.
My intuition spoke, yet I gave chances,
Caught you in lies, chose to advance,
Holding evidence, just in case,
Your words inconsistent, a confusing chase.
You tried manipulation, intimidation's might,
But I saw through you, not scared of the fight.
YOU.DON'T.MATTER.TO.ME.
You may wonder, then why pen this down?
Because THIS is what matters,
My writing, my own-style, my own content profound.
And oh, you dared to mess with one I hold dear?
But guess what, it backfired, no fear.
She's just like me, strong and wise,
I stand behind her, my support never dies.
This should be a lesson to you,
You ruined a partnership that could've grew.
Messing with one of mine was your blunder,
People may come and go, but never make that blunder.
This isn't a threat, just a fair warning,
Neither you nor I are irreplaceable, no mourning.
Take the good from this brief affair,
Learn to be humble, show some care.
